TERMS OF SERVICE

You must be 18 years or older to order a commission from me.

I retain the rights to my artwork and the right to decline or terminate a project.

Each piece is licensed for personal use only. My work may not be used for commercial purposes or monetary gain. Commercial work will incur additional fees. My work will not be used or associated with anything related to NFTs.

Composition and design are final once the sketch and/or lineart has been approved. I will not accept your commission if you intend on redesigning days later. The initial design you submit will be the design I draw, no matter the changes that may be made afterwards. Small changes are negotiable, any other significant changes will incur additional fees.

If you would like to set a deadline for a commission, please inform me at least one month in advance.

Visual references are required ( at least 3 reference images or a detailed character sheet ). I will not accept written descriptions.

I WILL NOT draw loli/shotacon, mechas, very masculine designs, detailed backgrounds.

Payments will be received through PayPal invoice only in USD.

Invoices are due within 3 days of being sent. If payment is not received after the given timeframe, the commission will be cancelled.

Work on the commission will only begin once it is paid in full.

My commissions are non-refundable.

Depending on my workload, turnaround can be anywhere from 1-2 months.

Once I close applications, I will pick which I will work on for the following time period. If your application is not accepted, you can re-apply the next time I open commissions.

If your commission has been accepted, I will contact you via the provided email for further discussion and payment information.

A sketch will be sent for final approval on the composition. You are free to request progress checks at any point during the process. In the final stages of the commission, I will send a preview of the work for any final tweaks. The finished commission will be sent via Google Drive.
